Meghan Osborne has been the visionary behind EYEFUL Salon since 2009, cultivating a space where creativity, community, growth, and freedom thrive. As a Level 6 Barber and a disabled veteran from California, Meghan has built a salon that goes beyond hair—it’s a place where everyone is welcomed and empowered.
EYEFUL Salon is deeply committed to sustainability, partnering with Green Circle Salon for over eight years to recycle 95% of industry waste. This dedication to eco-friendly practices reflects Meghan’s belief in protecting both the environment and the community.
Creativity and growth are at the heart of Meghan’s work. As a National Educator for Keune Haircosmetics, she ensures her team stays ahead of the curve, embracing the latest trends and techniques. Meghan has shared her expertise nationwide, including as part of the Keune Design team at New York Fashion Week. Though she now spends more time mentoring her team and overseeing salon operations, she still cherishes her time behind the chair, working hands-on with clients.
Meghan’s approach to hair is all about customization, enhancing each client’s natural beauty while providing them with the tools to maintain their look. This dedication to excellence has earned EYEFUL multiple awards, including the Best of Lowell Award (2014-2015) and Best Salon in Merrimack Valley (2019-2020).
Beyond the salon, Meghan is a passionate community leader. She co-founded the FUCK Cancer Charity in 2009, raising over $120,000 for Lowell General Hospital’s TeamWalk for CancerCare. Her unwavering commitment to the community was recognized when she was named Woman of Lowell in 2013.

With a decade of experience in the Boston area and a background in graphic design, Piper is a visionary stylist who transforms clients into walking works of art. They accentuate your unique features and personal style, whether you prefer a timeless look or some sort of resemblance, of a mythical creature.

Nikki Gauvreau
Level 5 Stylist/ Make-Up Artist
Nikki Gauvreau graduated from Lowell Academy and continued on to further her education at Make-Up Designory in Burbank, CA. She studied hair and makeup for weddings, film and photography. Nikki has had the opportunity to do hair and makeup for Kate Pierson of the B-52’s.
In the salon, Nikki excels at making people feel comfortable and providing a relaxing experience. She loves to learn about your hair goals and concerns so that she can create a custom look that works for your unique texture and daily routine. Nikki loves creating vivid colors, working with curly hair and doing hair and makeup for weddings and special events.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, lifting weights and camping. She loves traveling, going to Disney World and petting all the dogs.
Nikki understands that getting a haircut can cause anxiety for some people, so please let her know if you would be interested in a “silent” appointment. After your initial consultation, you’ll be free to quietly relax without the pressure of making small talk.
Lisa Allen
Level 3 Stylist/ Make-Up Artist
Her talents don’t stop there. Having worked at the Blow Dry Bar, Lisa has mastered the art of the round brush, and you can expect a stunning bombshell blowout at your next appointment with her. When she’s not in the salon making her clients look and feel incredible, she enjoys curling up with a good book and an iced coffee, snuggled up with her adorable cats.
Raychel L'Heureux
Level 3 Stylist
Raychel has honed her skills as a licensed hair stylist for over five years, having completed the cosmetology program at Greater Lowell Technical High School. Her extensive training has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to create customized and stunning looks for her clients. Raychel’s unwavering passion for hair, combined with her belief in the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, ensures that she can deliver top-quality service while educating her clients.
Whether you’re looking for a bold new color, a simple yet stylish haircut, a Brazilian Blowout, or longer, fuller hair with extensions, Raychel is committed to providing a thorough consultation to ensure the success of your desired look.
Outside the salon, Raychel values spending time with her loved ones, indulging in her passions for kayaking, painting, and exploring the great outdoors. She also adores her furry friend, Daisy, and enjoys spending time at the beach.
Alejandro Rivera
Level 4 Stylist
Inspired by America’s Next Top Model, Alejandro fell in love with the art of transformation and the confidence that great hair can bring. With over thirteen years behind the chair, he’s trained in advanced color correction, blonde techniques, and creative color classes that fuel his passion for customized, one-of-a-kind looks.
Alejandro’s specialties include color, foiling, ombré, sombre, color corrections, and styling — blending creativity, natural beauty, trend, and timeless classics all in one approach. “I love the freedom of expression that comes with working at EYEFUL Beauty, along with the sense of community that makes every day behind the chair special.”
What sets Alejandro apart is his authenticity and the genuine human connection he builds with every client. “I believe great hair starts with trust, and a little fun along the way!”
When he’s not creating magic at the salon, you’ll find Alejandro enjoying a chill day with a glass of Prosecco or Rosé, a good horror film, and food that feeds the soul. Fun fact: I’m always lip-syncing, whether it’s in the shower or in my head while mixing the perfect shade for my clients.
Student Stylist
We believe in growing our industry which is why we team up with local Cosmetology Schools and eager students wanting to learn. These students complete our 6 month training program and perform services on live models to complete each area of training. Our student stylists work closely with Eyeful’s most experienced stylists. This is a great opportunity for those who want to take the first step towards learning the true salon lifestyle.
